50ml The Nite Owl
25ml Sugar Syrup
25ml Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Egg White
Add the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously.
Strain the mixture into a coupe glass, or rocks glass with ice. Garnish with a slice of lemon or twist of lemon peel.
